Thomas A. Chicoine, President

Tom Chicoine has been a senior executive for over 25 years operating business units in the fields of transportation, distribution, and perishable goods manufacturing. As founder and CEO of Truck Care Network, Mr. Chicoine has devoted the past 11 years to designing, developing and implementing management and asset management solutions for the trucking industry. Prior to Truck Care Network, Mr. Chicoine held senior management positions within vertically integrated retail organizations where he was responsible for multi-plant, multi-warehouse and large fleet operations. Mr. Chicoine’s diversified background provides Truck Care Network with a broad understanding of industry requirements and expectations.

Gregory Wozniak, Vice President/Counsel

Corporate General Counsel has 30+ years of business and legal experience and accomplishments with national, regional and international companies in transportation, technology, retailing, manufacturing and franchising. In addition to his current position with Truck Care Network, Inc., Mr. Wozniak previously held positions with various companies including a subsidiary of the Sara Lee Corp.( with vertically integrated manufacturing and retail operations), and a retail chain (with over 1200 locations, and manufacturing facilities and distribution centers). With his 30 years of broad based corporate experience, Mr. Wozniak has garnered a unique appreciation and understanding of the requirements, opportunities and responsibilities necessary to profitably operate transportation, service, retail and manufacturing businesses.

Philip I. Nerhood, Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer

Over 30 years of executive financial responsibility involving Fortune 500 companies Merck, Caterpillar, and ITT. Also, experience in the transportation/trucking industry serving as CFO/Treasurer for privately held Truck Care, Inc. Extensive knowledge of international business, having lived overseas with fluency in Spanish and Portuguese. Holds an MBA degree in Finance from Columbia University School of Business.

Greg Dunnell has invested over 20 years in the transportation industry. His experience spans operations to technology solutions implementation and development. He began his career as a truck driver and grew into operations management. As he grew within transportation companies, his passion became the implementation of enabling technologies. To gain additional experience in this area he invested time in transportation technology companies where he was an executive manager and owner, developing mobile and wireless solutions and directing the sales efforts of a publicly traded company. In this role he implemented over 10,000 mobile devices to companies in the Railroad, Intermodal, Trucking and Distribution industries. Also during this time he has attained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota, and a Masters of Science in Intermodal Transportation Management from the University of Denver. He has also been an owner in two companies associated with transportation technology consulting and software development. His primary skills are associated with the development of transportation technology solutions, and sales and marketing management.

Steven W. Cassel has spent over 20 years in the transportation industry in various sales and management positions. Most recently as National Account Manager for Bandag, Inc., an industry leader in tire and service related offerings. His responsibilities included developing and implementing vehicle-centric service solutions to strategic fleets in the Midwest area including fleets ranked in the "Top 100". Prior to that, he spent 15 successful years in the Full Service Truck Leasing industry with Penske Truck Leasing, Paccar Leasing and UPS Truck Leasing, providing comprehensive equipment leasing and contract maintenance programs to private and for-hire fleets.

Brad Bartlett, President IPE, LLC, brings 22 years of comprehensive Telematic experience across many markets. Brad’s roots extend back to 1st generation onboard computing as Rockwell International’s largest VAR for on highway electronics. Leveraging Rockwell GPS technology and Mobile Communications platforms, Brad has supplied and supported onboard programs to some of the country’s most respected Private and Truckload fleets. As a business owner and leader of “best of breed” wireless suppliers, Brad has consistently lead the industry with innovative and affective transportation technologies. Most recently Brad has launched IPE, LLC, a company solely focused on telematic applications within the School Bus Transportation vertical market space. Through the web based platform, MyYellowBus.com, IPE is building it’s technology and distribution team to lead the industry with an integrated GPS/RFID solution solely developed for School Bus operators.

Chris Kamarianakis is a seasoned corporate executive and entrepreneur with over 12 years experience in the technology space. Most recently Chris was President of MapFusion, a Location Technology company with technology focus in the GIS field, and product focus in the Transportation and Real Estate industries. Chris was responsible for developing the Company’s go to market strategy and established the key relationships in both industries. Prior to MapFusion, Chris was Founder and CEO of TimeMetrics, a software company specializing in corporate productivity and efficiency software. This venture was preceded by the founding and growth of Blue Peak Associates, a high-end Internet consulting firm serving the financial, travel and insurance industries. Both these ventures resulted in successful acquisition. Prior to this Chris partnered in the creation of the second online (web) community in 1998, a company that was subsequently acquired by H.J.Heinz.

George Rood has been involved in the trucking industry for over twenty- five years. With hands-on experience at all levels of fleet operations, George has spent two decades focusing on methods to optimize fleet assets and operations by the development and implementation of business management practices supported by the intelligent application of technology.  He is an active member of the Technology and Maintenance Council of the ATA, serving the council in several study group leadership positions. George also served on the TMC Board of Directors from 1993 through 1995.  George is a business owner with equity interest in several organizations. These vested interests include Fleet-Fit Enterprises (a consulting and marketing firm), Fast-Action Fleet Body (specialist in repair and refinishing fleet equipment), and Contract Fleet Services (provides maintenance services to fleet operators). Mr. Rood was the previous president of CMC Fleet Services of Youngstown, Ohio and is also involved in managing the family business of Rood Transportation, a one hundred power unit fleet transporting US mail.
